结构分析＋通用例句

1.去职或履新：人事交接信可分为两种，一种是自己要离开现在的工作，向客户介绍继任的同事；另一种是自己是新的窗口，写信向客户自我介绍。两者都要以感谢对方持续的生意往来开头。

例一：Thank you for your continued support of our business. 感谢您的长期惠顾。

例二：Thank you for your continued patronage. 感谢您持续关照。

2.未来动向：告诉对方自己要离开现在的职位，可说明离开的时间及原因。

例一：This is to inform you that I will be transferred to the sales department next month. 在此通知您，下个月起，我将转调到业务部门。

例二：I would like to tell you that I will be leaving the company for personal reasons. 我想告诉您，由于私人原因，我将离开我们公司。

3.工作交接：介绍接替的同事说明业务自何时开始移交。

例一：My replacement will be Ms. Chen. 陈小姐会接替我的工作。 （replace为替代）

例二：I would like to introduce our new colleague to you. 我想向您介绍我们的新同事。（introduce A to B：把A介绍给B）

4.道别问候：以感谢或期待性的语气结尾。如果是离开现职，应表达希望未来与对方保持连络；如果是到任新职，则表达希望未来合作愉快。

例一：Please keep supporting our work. 请继续支持我们的工作。

例二：It was a good time working with you. 和您一起工作很愉快（working with you：惯用句，表示与您共事）
